Telstra is facing another backlash after yet another outage on their network today.

The mass outage today seems to be mainly affecting customers who use the iMessage service which is the internal messaging app for Apple products. Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney customers are reporting not being able to use the iMessage app at all for sending or receiving messages and are venting their frustration via the usual channels on social media such as Facebook, Twitter etc.   

Telstra has conceded that do have a problem currently and that they are working on a fix to restore services ASAP. A Telstra spokesperson added that customers can still use their SMS service to send standard text messages until the iMessage service is restored
